A client, a Spanish multimedia group with presence in 25 countries that manage a lot of digital activity, brands and different assets, approached Improving Metrics due to difficult keeping track of all its daily generated information.Solution
Improving Metrics proposed the use of its in-house tool, Wiper. By using machine learning algorithm it was is capable of detecting anomalies in a series of data.Result
The use of Wiper allowed the publishing group to have a 24/7 monitoring tool that alerts if there is a fall in conversion, traffic or increase of errors in any of its websites, in an autonomous way and in real time.
